Reservation policy
In order to make a booking, a deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance of 50% is due 21 days prior to the starting date of the tour, for which you will receive from us in due time an on-line payment form. For bookings made within 21 days prior to the starting date of the tour the full amount of 100% is required. After confirmation from our side the deposit is non-refundable as well as the balance paid within 21 days or the full amount paid within 21 days prior to the starting date.
The 4 days winetour will take place with a minimum of 6 persons and a maximum of 12 persons. You will be notified at least six (6) weeks prior to the starting date of the tour. In case of cancellation of the tour, you will be fully refunded, i.e. 50% paid as a deposit.
